The Education Bursary Program supports apprentices by refunding tuition paid to attend apprenticeship training in one of the SATCC’s designated trades.

Eligible applicants must be employed by a MERIT member/employer when they register for the course, and must return to work for a MERIT member/employer for 150 hours after the training is completed. Refunds will be made at the conclusion of the training, and ONLY if the applicant has passed the program.

How To Apply

If your tuition falls under SATCC Approved Tuition Fees list submit your completed Bursary Application Form, your transcript showing that you passed your level, and your tuition receipt to our office within 3 months of completion of training.

To request a duplicate tuition receipt, email apprenticeship@gov.sk.ca and provide them with information about your course.
