Description
This course is a combination of four Microsoft Project courses.
Session 1 – Setting up MS Project defaults, building the Gantt chart with dependencies and identifying common problems
Session 2 – Adding Resources, Costs and Building Reports
Session 3 – Saving the Base Line, Going live with the project, tracking changes and custom reports including an automated 2 week look ahead
Session 4 – Running mulitple projects simultaneously, linking between projects, reporting across multiple projects, building templates and linking costing to Excel as well as linking the Project to Outlook through SharePoint
Course duration: 16 hrs

Course Fee Includes: Access to the course, course materials, and a digital certificate upon completion.
This course is delivered in partnership with local and provincial construction associations across Canada. You will be participating with a group of industry peers from multiple regions.
