This information session explains Employment Standards and rules for Wages and Overtime. Moderators will answer questions throughout the webinar. Topics will include:
- minimum wage, payment of earnings, deductions, hours of work and rest, and overtime
- what exceptions exist for the standard rules and who is exempt from them
- how to calculate and payor bank overtime
- what to do with payment of earnings and overtime when termination of employment occurs
