This online course walks you through the investigation process while using scenarios built upon common workplace incidents.

• Identify what constitutes an incident, near-miss, and potentially serious incident (PSI) 
• Recognize the difference between direct and indirect causes
• Describe a typical investigation procedure 
• Understand how to report the findings of a workplace investigation  

Pass Mark
A mark of 80% must be achieved to receive a certificate of completion for this online Workplace Investigations course. Participants are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
