Description
This full-day SCB Forklift Operator Class 4/5 Training Session is excellent for experienced operators and operators requiring their re-certification and is designed to give operators the tools they need to stay safe and productive.
The practical hands-on experience will cover pre-use inspections, worksite inspections, operator training, and an operator assessment.
This training session will consist of:

Classroom theory learning

Practical hands-on experience

Written and practical assessments
All training meets or exceeds industry standards as required with WorkSafeBC and CSA.
All successful participants will receive the following documentation:

Operators Card

Written Assessment Results
-
Practical Evaluation Assessment Results

Record Sheet/Folder
-
Certificate valid for 24 months as per CSA Standards

Important note: Photo ID is required to receive a certificate.
Delivery Method: Classroom Session. The classroom content is delivered through presentations and interactive discussions. It is then reinforced through workbooks, handouts, and a written assessment.
Course Fee Includes: All books and materials, and upon completion a certificate and an operator’s card.

Registrants seeking BC Housing CPD credits for this course must complete all course components before a certificate showing BC Housing CPD credits earned will be issued.
