Jen Donovan is a seasoned leadership consultant with over a decade of experience in social and health services. Armed with a Masters in Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts, her journey has spanned roles such as Youth Services Consultant, Policy Writing, Program Development, Mental Health First Aid instructor, Project Manager, and Clinical Supervisor in healthcare leadership.
Currently, she is a Regional Leader at Vancouver Coastal Health, working to redesign programs such as the Adult ADHD Clinic and complex depression treatment across the Vancouver Coastal region. Additionally, she contributes as a contract Faculty in Applied Community Studies at Douglas College.
Her approach centers on fostering systems and team strategies to enhance wellness, organizational culture, and sustainability for both staff and clients across diverse sectors.
