This session explores BC safety regulations and administrative responsibilities that impact residential builders and the top missteps that cost time and money including:
- Supervision rules
- Duty to report unsafe conditions
- Employing qualified workers
- Navigating permits, declarations, notifications, and required safety officer inspections

This course is delivered in partnership with local and provincial construction associations across Canada. You will be participating with a group of industry peers from multiple regions.
