The Low Down on Construction – September 8

The race to become the Leader of the Saskatchewan Party and Premier of Saskatchewan is getting very interesting. The very qualified candidates that have stepped forward for the opportunity to lead the province all bring unique qualities to the race.

Tina Beaudry-Mellor, Gordon Wyant, Alanna Koch, Ken Cheveldayoff and Scott Moe have all served the residents of Saskatchewan proudly in a variety of capacities.

The candidates will undoubtedly look to gain our support during the leadership race.  With renewal as the prime focus, candidates will be open to new ideas and will look to Merit  as one of the leaders in the construction industry for policy initiatives that will shape part of their platforms.  Our goal will be to continue to build on the relationships we have with the candidates while continuing to communicate with existing decision-makers and their ministries.

This is a great opportunity for all of us to voice our concerns, ideas, and support on the issues as each candidate is looking to put their personal stamp on the party.

This is an exciting and dynamic time in our province. The face of the Saskatchewan Party will change on January 27, 2018 and we hope each of you will find a way to play a role in that process.
